5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All TikTok content belongs to its respective creators and/or rights holders. TakeFrom does not claim ownership over any content you download using the Service. Downloading a video does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law, TikTok's Terms of Service, and any agreements between you and the content creator.

Before reposting, editing, sharing, or commercially using any downloaded content, you must obtain explicit permission from the original creator and/or copyright holder.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
